CNC/PNC SPINNING MACHINES
We have 3x PNC/CNC machines capable of spinning diameters of 1.2mm x 8mm thick in many materials including stainless steel. We also have 2x M&M CNC machines capable of spinning diameters of 650mm x 3.0mm thick. These machines are very good at spinning decorative spinnings such as faceted light fittings.

ASSEMBLY, INSPECTION & TESTING
As this is very much customer led, we would suggest that if you have a need for assembling your product at the end of production, you call us so that this can be discussed.

We have a highly skilled work force who hand polish all metals to a high quality satin or bright finish.
Bead blasting offers a complimentary all over finish to anodising and is often used in the lighting sector to enhance the effect of light output.
All the above can be offered prior to pre-treatment of anodising or we also offer polishing as a stand-alone finish.
Anodising is an electrochemical process which artificially increases the thickness of the natural, transparent oxide layer, which is an integrated part of the aluminium surface. In this process the aluminium profile is placed in an electrolyte bath where the aluminium acts as the anode in the circuit.
Our anodising service can be used as part of the spun metal product or as a stand-alone service. Anodising in colour is also an option.
We have our own in house solution testing maintained by fully trained technical staff.
Provides a bright decorative finish to the work and gives excellent reflectivity for the lighting industry.
Please note not all aluminium alloys are ideally suited to chemical brightening so please contact us for expert advice.
